Very customer-unfriendly experience at petuniatuun Zoetermeer. An A4 with an offer price. Because the cash register scans a different price, the nice girl (think 15 or 16 years old) probably asks the branch manager. This snarls no they are just the normal price, take the plate away. The girl apologizes and visibly feels uncomfortable with the situation and removes the offer plate in front of me. Would have preferred not to give stars, but this one is for the girl who, despite her thankless job, remained very professional. Her superior can take an example from that.

Open 10 minutes late while many customers were at the door (and the parking meter ticked away), with no reaction towards the customers when the door was opened, customer-unfriendly behavior by the management when something was said. Furthermore, very messy branch.

I am SUPER in a very hurry, I want to get 2 drinks quickly, and then a woman comes and she is just in the middle of the path, I think she is not in line. At least not in line for the first or second checkout so I'm going to the 2nd checkout for a little while, and then I hear something soft so I just ignore it. Then the branch manager just rages at me in an angry voice, he sighs "You can't push it, hey, I really don't think this is normal for a branch manager, and everyone around him gets mad ON ME? !!! You could say something softer like "Please don't push in next time", but I'm tired of it, I'll never come back here.
