Chesterfield Gouda

During our search for a new sofa ended up at Chesterfield in Waddinxveen. What an incredibly friendly employee, I would give him 4 or 5 stars. It is a pity that the sofas seem to be of such mediocre quality. (Made in China or something?) There is 1 sofa from England, "the customer can choose where it is made" ..... huh? seating comfort, better said seating comfort, not adjustable. It can best be compared to sitting on a bag of hay. If you like that, fine of course. My advice would be, dear sir, go and work somewhere else, where they have better products.

Have bought a sofa here it would be 14 weeks delivery time there are now another 10 weeks in there you will not be informed you have to find out for yourself it is a bad thing I think

I have been well helped here, they really take their time for you. And they also take their time with the delivery, without quoting or feedback, 10 weeks is simply a 20-week wait. You have to go after everything yourself and only via the complaint form will you receive a brief answer. And that is of course a shame. no for me no more chesterfield.
