The pdf file unfortunately only consisted of 2 pages and the order of the work was different from the youtube video. This was confusing. In addition, it would have been nicer if we had received a specific description for our kitchen with cooking island. In short, very satisfied with the seller and the delivery, less satisfied with the service after delivery.

Very bad thing parents have to wait 3 weeks longer for the kitchen because of the corona, okay yes it can happen. And then finally the kitchen came unpacked inside, then a cupboard was damaged so that the kitchen could not be completely placed. Kitchen competitor called with the oh-so-good service (not) and said we will order the cupboard for you within 2 3 weeks, the cupboard would be there. Well we have been waiting for 5 weeks now and have just received an email that it may take another 5 weeks. Really top of you buy a kitchen here if you want to be helped badly because then you are certainly good.

Despite the corona crisis, the kitchen was delivered on time and very professionally installed by skilled technicians Tijmen and Julian who provided ample space for consultation.
