Discount valid from tomorrow but woman use today... No problem.... But discount valid till yesterday can use today haha! If she can get 1day earlier why I can not get 1 day later hahaha. Just not professional if is start from tomorrow give it from tomorrow not today. Logical!!! When I ask the lady in the store how come? She say because today we still busy making price tags... So they not ready yet but start selling
Wounderful shop
Have been there a few times nice products, but staff is totally unfriendly and therefore I experienced my visit as unpleasant I will go to another store
Customer focus is hard to find at the attraction on the Thomsonlaan in The Hague. Unfortunately, young and inexperienced sales staff think that the customer is there for them instead of the other way around ....
