How accessible, try calling them at the times that are appropriate. I've been waiting for an order for 7 weeks. They don't give home for 7 weeks. Call before you order something, then you know that the above is correct !!

Can you give five stars if everything did not go well? Or is that too high? I give five .. Simply because I think that every company sometimes does not run smoothly, but the way in which 'problems' are tackled must count heavily, and that approach was neat in my case! My order was delayed due to corona (can imagine that there is more crowds, less manpower, more problems with deliveries). When I announced a specific urgency and inquired about the status of my order, it was shipped the same day. Unfortunately, a day later I had the wrong products. Contact sought and that same day the right products * were posted! My return shipment was not awaited first, but could come afterwards. * Because the right product was not sufficiently in stock (2 instead of the ordered 3), they made two shipments of it neatly, so that I quickly got hold of my product. Thank you for your quick responses and helpfulness.
