Customer service is not available. Tried three days in a row. Half an hour in the waiting time. No answer. Heavy achenebbish. Once they reach the customer service via whatsapp, they say that the products are not available in The Hague, while I have had all the stuff set aside on my own (nice job). Just for your information, my PostNL package has been stuck in their own warehouse for half a week, not even received by PostNL. They can't do anything to me, so my money stays with them for the next four weeks because I'm going abroad and can't collect it. But now! Etos Dierensestraat talked to Karin, Karlijn? I just lost her name, but blond woman. She also tried to get in touch with customer service so we could exchange it and I could cancel the order. This does not work at their internally either. However, she solved it perfectly by giving me the products that were in stock there. She picks up my belongings at the Weimarstraat as soon as they arrive. Top service because I will be gone for a month. Please Etos take an example of this woman. I know your service is somewhat limited and not like a coolblue etc. Due to large. But this was really a weak story which was strengthened by her. Thank you!

for the third time they tried to cheat on me, maybe I am Polish. I can speak Polish and Dutch, but I prefer to speak English in this language. People all over the world speak in: Spain Italy France France Greece Germany and everyone could speak English too bad you are not ready. You try to cheat money from customers all over the world and foreigners by counting on other products

A drugstore with many promotions / offers. Often 1 + 1 free, so business is smart. The store on the Dierenselaan is light and well-arranged and the store staff very friendly and service oriented. You can get almost any product in multiple price ranges.
