I had the nicest experience with one of the Blokker employees! I placed an order for a blender and kettle. On the day the delivery was supposed to come, I receive a call informing that the order was accidentally sent to the wrong address. The person calling offered to bring the blender the same evening (the same model was available in the store). Unfortunately the kettle I ordered was not in the store at the moment, so to make up for it, he offered me another kettle until mine is delivered. A great example of the nice attitude that makes up for (completely normal) human errors.
