Great help in this shop by Thea. A few years ago bought 2 lamps of which 1 glass was killed by an accident. Thea has really approached all Rofra branches to see if the same lamp was sometimes available somewhere and she succeeded and now hangs a new lamp above the table. Kudos to all this effort. Thank you very much for this.

Ordered a large and expensive extendable table in November, it would be delivered the week before our move in early March. No, only delivered two weeks after the move, and it turned out to be incomplete. Besides the four corner legs, there are 4 intermediate legs, but these were missing. These were delivered in June (three months later !!!) and again incomplete: two of the four legs were delivered. I fear that I will have to wait another 3 months ...... And yes, now it is the end of September, the table is finally complete! More than 10 months after ordering. Great service Rofra !!!! :-(

Dear rofra, we have been in contact since February about the stains on my seats for which I took out a very expensive insurance from you. (8 × 50 euros per seat = 400 euros (!!!!) Since February I have been asking you for the conditions of my insurance policy. But you dismiss the claim under vague arguments. I would like to receive the conditions of the stain insurance!
