Grumpy seller. Get angry when you ask how much guarantee is given on a mattress and then walk away. Incredibly weird man and a company that exudes absolutely no confidence. DON'T GO HERE!

Last November we bought a Norma bed at Meubelkeus incl. One of the best toppers (according to the owner of Meubelkeus) from Norma. After two months, my wife and I both got pain in our backs from a hole in the topper. After a check by Meubelkeus, there appeared to be a problem with the innerspring. A new topper was ordered for us by Meubelkeus. . After more than 8 weeks we received a new topper, but this topper was a bit too small. Another topper was ordered and delivered 9 weeks later. After 3 months we have another hole in the mattress and we both have back problems. We hear nothing more from Meubelkeus. No response to emails and no response when we call. I therefore strongly advise against Norma beds and Furniture Choice.

Buying nothing at this company !! November 2018 bought a bank (model Bern) from Meubelkeus, the same at the delivery at the end of december 3 things did not work, the impregnation against stains did not work, the legs were too long and the wooden frame (decorative frame) was not delivered. In the beginning there were attempts to solve the problem (bank in our home injected by seller with huge stench as a result) but after the seller 4 times at our home and 2 months later the problem with the frame and the stain impregnation still not solved. In these 2 months our patience was put to the test because there was very bad contact as they rarely got back to us and we were again and again disappointed with all kinds of excuses that did not work. Because there were so many disappointments and we were not always called back in the end 2 times when they visited the store and made clear agreements that we were very dissatisfied with their service. New appointments were made there, but they did not come after that either. After this the size was full and we were happy to be able to return the bank to them and we are finally off this terrible company! We were given the option to get a new bank, but certainly did not go into it since the problem was not only with the bank, but there was just zero confidence and is in this company. I have never experienced such a bad service from a company with all the empty promises that have been given to us. I strongly advise against this matter!
