Selling products with false promises. Hit & Run type - they throw the defect and wrong product on your face and collect full money and then run away. No response after that.

Very expensive boxspring I bought has become soft after three years and causes constant bsckpain. Shop says that this is the way things are but they are happy to sell me a new one.

Looking for two new armchairs, we ended up in the Sanders shop in Leiderdorp. We saw a nice chair outside for a nice price, but it was only 1. After looking around we were kindly helped by an employee, look at the upholstery type of chair, etc. Suddenly we saw a chair on top of a mezzanine floor like outside. We were allowed to take them both for a competitive price if we took it from the mezzanine ourselves ;-) In the end, the staff helped too. We are very happy with the seats!
