Nice store but ohwee if you have a complaint ... in the store itself it is said no this is really not allowed but then you will be referred to customer service ... and it is tad bad only by phone this is handled so that you enjoy get angry but don't get along with it. Bought a complete garden set there that is in a veranda and after almost 2 years the top part of the sofa started to dissolve. While it is essentially just inside behind glass, not even in all weathers. It turns out that the plastic becomes soft due to the UV rays and therefore breaks down. But warranty is apparently up to the door there. While this is a manufacturing error it seems to me. You will be fobbed off with a voucher for a 60% discount on only the part that is broken of the entire garden set that is coordinated. Never again a garden set at Buitenhof for me.

Beautiful products and beautiful shop. However, the customer service is very bad and does not think along. We bought a garden table at Buitenhof this summer. After about 2 months the leaf started to tear. Then we got a new sheet very neatly. This sheet again had to be treated with the teak shield (just like with the first). We did this, just like with the first table top, let it soak in and dry (more than a week) and then put it outside. It was a wet week with a lot of rain, after a week the leaves were covered with mold from the top and bottom. The blade was completely new, well treated and therefore only 2 months old. However, the customer service now said it was our fault and we did not handle it well. That we can repair it ourselves with a scouring pad and means (reference to a YouTube movie how to do this). I think it's a bad thing that you are accused first of all that it is your own fault and secondly that you can then solve it all yourself. If the magazine was a year or older now, I would have understood, because after all, you also have to carry out maintenance. But this is too crazy for words. A pity, because we will not buy garden furniture here next time and I would not recommend it. Only because of the poor customer service in Roosendaal.

At the beginning of June we bought a beautiful, but also pricey garden set in the store at Buitenhof Tuinmeubelen in Leiderdorp and we received a lot of help in the store. Last Monday, the set was finally delivered after two months of waiting. The disappointment was therefore great that there were three damages on the paint and the table and that 80% of the cushions had a different color and material than ordered. The deliverers indicated that they even thought that this special combination would be wrong, but they have apparently decided to deliver everything and leave the problem mainly with the customer. I was supposed to be called for a solution, but at the end of the afternoon I decided to call myself as no contact had been made yet. I eventually had contact about the above and the correct pillows could only be delivered next Tuesday, otherwise we would have to wait another week and then it could only be on Wednesday again. The lack of flexibility in this surprised me, after all, the pillows were available. We eventually offered to come and exchange the pillows in the store on Thursday (yesterday). The saleswoman in the store immediately admitted that it was very careless that so much went wrong, then she discovered that she was the reason that the color and material combination was not right, and she apologized nicely. In any case, we have the right cushions with the right color and the right material, great! After sending the photos of the damage, we receive a response today that a paint can can be sent, no idea if this will fix it, but let's try it. A € 50 discount is also offered, but we have not gone into that yet, because the following problem with the garden furniture has now arisen. The rain was completely absorbed into the wood last night and has left very ugly stains everywhere. This has happened, despite we applied the Teakshield immediately according to the instructions and it has been withdrawn for over 48 hours. The customer service from Roosendaal has been friendly for the most part this week and again I have sent pictures and we have to wait again. I don't know how we are going to solve this, but I don't think there is a good review anymore. I also think it is really scandalous that so much can go wrong with the delivery of a garden set, especially since this organization does nothing but sell garden furniture and we have paid a lot of money (more than € 2000) for the entire set. I sincerely hope that Buitenhof garden furniture will come up with a suitable solution and offer appropriate compensation for all the inconvenience, if that is the case I will also update the review, but at this point we are honestly inclined to return everything and stop. I have added some photos of the color combination, the damage and the stains. Latest update: The stains have been removed and the latest complaints have been resolved. As a suitable solution, we received an Egglamp with audio worth € 50. I don't think it's really appropriate after all the inconveniences we experienced when purchasing, so they can keep the lamp nice. What a bad company.
