Have to go up to 4x while it is more than an hour away. You are always fooled by phone that they call you back or come back to it and mail will not be answered. Conclusion: don't leave your savings behind what you have to work hard for.

I am not completely satisfied with the delivery and processing of our order. Initially we were well helped, on October 31, at the Rijndijk, the delivery would be within 2 weeks. That became the case after the necessary contacts 4. We still had peace with it. The delivery was done on Friday evening and good work was done by the 2 men. When it turned out that the chromed legs that we had ordered were not there, later contact showed that this was not possible with the model we chose, a pity but ahead then. Then it appears that the top mattress that we ordered was not the one that was delivered. Contact again, and we were promised that it would be exchanged, we then offered to come to the store ourselves to trade. That agreement was made, but when we got there, with the wrongly supplied mattress with us, it turned out that the mattress that we would receive was not there. We go back home, with the promise next week it will be delivered, just to be sure a phone call and yes, tonight it will be delivered, it will be after 18:00. We stayed up until 11 p.m., but no one seen and no mattress. Too bad all, if it is not there please pass it on, an email or a phone call. Now we are still waiting. How long. It is now December 15. And yes, all ends well, all right. This afternoon we finally managed to get the right mattress. Please take the tip to send a message if it does not work within the agreed time. After my visit in all furniture shops on the Rijneke boulevard my hope was lost, but I walked into Sleep4less and luckily I made that decision because they had everything I wanted here. I had no idea how I wanted to do the interior. Sales specialist was able to draw to scale and with the help of my floor plan he designed the living room exactly as I had wished but did not come up. I urgently needed a new bed because I broke up with my partner, called around everywhere nobody could deliver a bed earlier than 5 weeks. Toek I came to sleep4ess and they could deliver me a new bed the next day (see first then believe) I thought. Next day they were at my door with my new bed really a Super SERVICE | I have been sleeping in my new bed for a week now. Really a top company. Thank you guys.
