Salesman was very helpful. Classic salesman personality. I hate buying beds because I always feel like you're getting swindled. Buying a bed is an awful experience in general. Swiss sense did the best they could.

Just purchased a bed here today. Absolutely excellent service. Our salesman, Mark, knew his trade perfectly and had a very respectful demeanour and couldn't have been more helpful. Horrible company, extremely rude customer service. It is the second time when they have 8 weeks delay and they never even tried to apologize for the way they treat people. Paying thousands of euros for a mattress you would expect more from them. Extremely disappointed!

What a top service! Bought a bed for my daughter that turned out to be too short. We were able to use the exchange guarantee and were very kindly helped. Today her new bed has been reinstalled. Very happy with this and because of this service we will also buy our own bed at this store in a few months.

Walked in on Sunday last week for advice on a new pillow for my son. I myself sleep on a Swiss Sence bed and am very satisfied. The salesman approached us, but was not willing to help us with a pillow. After some more questions, he finally opened a drawer with a few test models. All of a sudden he had to go to the exit to stop new shop visitors because of with maximum number of visitors in the store by COVID-19. He just left us and moved on with other people! Scandalous. I will never go in here again! Conclusion: If you do not come and buy an expensive bed, you are therefore not interesting!
