We bought bed and mattresses here, and are very satisfied with how we have been helped and the service! Friendly patient staff .. highly recommended!

A year and a half ago, before our wedding, we got a duvet cover set from Mrs. Bought me. This cover set is made of Egyptian satin woven cotton and is EXPENSIVE. A few weeks ago I noticed a tear in the corner of the bed linen. I didn't expect that from such quality stuff, so we went back to the store. The lady who helped us sent our cover set to the supplier where the damage would be assessed. There where Mrs. Me took her hands off the problem (which we think is scandalous, we paid 300 euros for a cover that shows damage within a year?) De Gier solved it excellently. We have received a new cover set, class.

Well a completely different experience. Want to buy blankets and sheets and then a blanket cannot be unpacked at all to experience it. Would take an hour to pack a blanket, and it involved 2! Treated very rude, the experience is still shaking. And once bought a second-hand remote control that came out of a junk box in the warehouse and we paid € 40.00 for that and I now received a comment that we would be frosted! Really has never been so surprised in my life!

It has been some time since we visited the store to purchase a mattress and pillows. I can recommend everyone to visit this beautiful shop. We have been received (with a delicious cappucino) and we have been provided with very expert advice. They are very cordial and patient. The service is also excellent by the way.
