Advice was insufficient. We were told more choices than bothered to discuss the alternative so that we could make our own choice. Also too rushed so we were outside again within 15 minutes and people did not even ask if they could help us with anything else. But to top it off, we would receive the quote next Wednesday (3 working days after our visit). Called a week later because we still hadn't received anything. It was a question of whether we had already passed the measurements (we had) and suddenly he could find it in the system. The next day they would start working on it and a day later (hopefully) the quote. Don't even apologize for the delay. As far as I am concerned, they can omit that offer because they will never see me again. And I will definitely not buy anything again. I prefer to do business with a company that I appreciate as a customer.
