I've placed an order in March, and now every week I get the mails about the delivery delay instead of the cough syrup I've bought. My kid stopped coughing 3 weeks ago, I don't need this item anymore, but it will be probably delivered in May. I understand, it's not the easiest time for online drugstores, but it would be fair to cancel online orders at all if they don't have capacity to deal with them. More than a month delivery from one city in the Netherlands to another - it's ridiculous.

I placed an order on February 26th. It is now July 27 and I still haven't received anything. I have already called 2x to their and I would be called back, it never happened ... I normally never write a bad review, but do not order from this company!
order placed on 20-12-2019, so far nothing received and no communication, that does not make me happy!
I just received my things neatly within a few days and via DHL just with track and trace and also when calling just got someone on the phone who told me exactly when I would receive my order so just well arranged and cheaper than at any other shop
