Very nice showroom with friendly staff. Lot of options for living room furniture, so plan visit with sufficient time in hand. Bed section is not that great, we tried to get help two time but no one was there in complete bed section(might be Corona time issue). Prices are competitive, negotiation are not entertained that much, so you can plan visit based on prices on website. It will be wise to list down few choices based on looks and features from website upfront, it will save lot of time and confusion. Overall good place to shop for living room

We enjoyed the experience of the store and its friendly helpful staff. After extensive research we found that Zitmaxx had an extensive collection at extremely competitive prices. If you are searching for furniture I recommend a visit.

COVID proof, well prepared and organized, just had to wait before we could enter the showroom, in very comfortable chairs. We were treated very nice. We were able to order the garden chairs in different colours for the promotional price in the shop. While I got a response back on my e-mail to the service desk after the purchase that it would not be possible. So happy that we went to the shop. It seems that the lady that helped us with our order had to find all the information on their phone on the webpage. I would have expected that she would have had a better tool/solution to be able to help out the clients. I hope that Zitmaxx will contact me soon regardng the delivery, because I received a mail to fill in the review, but nothing regarding my order, unfortunately.

Terrible customer service. I have order a table on 11th July. In the order confirmation, they told me the table I ordered can be delivered at week 35. Until yesterday I ask them when I can get my table, they told me to wait another 7 weeks. When I send them an email to cancel the order and refund the money I paid, they didn’t reply it after 24 hours! And when I call them and contact with the online customers service, they always ask me to send them an email. If you order something with them, please consider a looooong delivery time.
