Bought a couch there in begin of may because due to corona i need to live back in the netherlands would be delivered 6 till 8 weeks now already 17 weeks later still waiting and sitting on plastic chairs they say 3 weeks from now but no discount or what so ever to compensate me normally a good store but this last time i ever buy something there its a couch for 1800 and 50 deli very cost come on company you should to at least your best to keep me satisfied this not how you treat customers 😳

Tip of the day: Never order from Pronto Middelburg! We ordered a dining table on August 15, with the guarantee that it would be delivered by mid-November at the latest. Because we had not heard anything yet in mid-November, we picked up the phone ourselves. It would take a few more days, but we would be notified. Called again at the beginning of December, after we heard nothing. The table was still not in, but was sure to be delivered before Christmas. Started last week but called again after, you guessed it, not having been called. Two were on the way and one of them was ours. He would really be there in a few days! After not having heard anything on Saturday, picked up the phone again. The manager Janneke would call back today. At 3.30pm we haven't heard anything yet. After an hour we were called back with the message that the table is not expected until the end of January. They do not give a guarantee that the table is really there. Just as they don't do communication or customer friendliness. Asked if we could use the show model until then so that we can at least eat at a table during Christmas, but they don't do that either. Then we asked if we could buy the show model. You could! Because we had to come from Goes and arrange transport, we clearly asked in advance whether the table was undamaged. Yes, the table looks very good. Quickly arranged a bus and drove to Pronto. Upstairs to view the show model and yes, you guessed it: two major damages on the top. In other words: driven for nothing. Except for a free delivery in January (hopefully!), There was no compensation or at least an excuse. Arrogance at the top behind the counter. From a store that calls itself Pronto, they are particularly slow. Waiting six months for a table in Corona time is unfortunate but understandable in some way. But we don't understand anything about an arrogant attitude, not keeping promises and not being able to say a single sorry. Worthless in every way!

Hopeless. I wanted a clock. It had to be in stock, but after 20 minutes of searching, the clock was not found. Show model was not sold. If only it had to be ordered on the internet, but it is not available on the internet. Requesting the clock from another Pronto store, they couldn't do that.

Everything except Pronto. Up to 2x delay due to Corona. Very understandable, nobody can hurt anything. But we never get an update on the status of the delivery. Only the week number. Or an apology for the inconvenience will not come off either. Even in the week of delivery, they at Pronto do not know whether the bank is ready or on the way. I find strange.

After having visited the pronto in Middelburg today, unfortunately left the shop disappointed. After a nice conversation with one of the employees who had not been working there for so long, we wanted to have an extra sample for our element bank. This was no problem and we could request it downstairs at the checkout. When we got here we got a big sigh from the manager saying "it's a good thing my boss isn't here". Because of this comment it was immediately ready for us. As beautiful as the bank may be, we are unfortunately going to order it in another branch after these wise words. Professionalism of Pronto Middelburg a big 0 !!!
