Think carefully if you really want it when you buy something here, especially if it is more expensive, because you will receive a voucher!
After entering, the employees are very friendly. I wanted to return some items with the coupon after two days, it was over € 50 and unfortunately there was nothing in the store that I liked, so I wanted my money back. The team leader was called in and I was told: "You know that you will get a voucher? Because that is on the voucher!" .. No, I did not know. I would like my money back. It was not possible to pay back via a debit card and no cash could be returned. Then it had to go through the head office and it would be transferred to my bank account within two weeks. There was a big sigh. After two weeks I had no money back. So I was back at Casa. The head office did not refund it and I would receive the money in cash but unfortunately there was not enough money in the till. So I had to come back at the end of the day and get the money back.
Returning money is a favor from the store. Only most stores do. Casa not. With me this is an exception. But because of the tone of voice of the team leader, I never come to this store again. Bad example for the employees who are friendly.
Very nice shop of household and decorative items. Excellent prices. Busy at the checkout on Saturdays.
In one way or another a nicer decorated store than the one in Breda. Much more fun to walk around
