Ordered via their website, (for the second or third time). Package was delivered 2 or 3 days later, everything in order. Would buy again.
Ordered and delivered the next day, it almost does not go faster. Thank you for getting a discount if you order more of the same products. In short, fast and cheap.
Made an order that was supposed to be recieved next day. After two weeks nothing came so i cancelled the order. I've been waiting for another 2 weeks for a refund. Cannot reach the support service. Sent email twice within those two weeks. Received only generic replies that they are busy...Terrible! I will never order anything again and will never recommend this company that takes customers for granted.
I did not receive my order. They did not contact me to notified about out of stock situation and misleading put information about stocks. It is insanely hard to get attention from support. I am still waiting for a refund.
Horrible, they didn’t send me an email about my order, but of course the money was paid. Very bad costumer service and still after more than a week I haven’t received my package (after a next day delivery promise)
