I come to this store more often. Live in the area but I am never really happy with their customer friendliness. I had ordered a book from Amazon and it was an option to send to the DA. Received notification that I can pick it up. Me happy. But DA says they do not accept packages from Post NL. I want to show him the app. No customer in the store, so plenty of time. No, madam, that makes no sense because we do not accept parcels. POINT. Okay but what if it is offered because you do then I thought when I was out of the store .. Totally not thinking along and not friendly at all. Tell me more often not to go there, but services around the corner are very easy. But now I am completely done with the staff there. I will cycle a bit further. Had contact with Amazon. It appears that they receive the delivery points from PostNL. Mister of the shop if you had taken some time for me, you could have taken a customer-friendly action to inform PostNL that those details are not properly registered

I came for anti-cold items but could not find them anywhere. At the time I was looking, the man behind the counter was constantly calling in Turkish, even while helping two customers. In my eyes this is really not possible! When I finally saw that 'my' items were behind the counter, I had to ask him everything: how much is in it, how expensive is it. Very difficult those articles behind the counter. You still want to compare and I could not read the prices or detailed information. Fortunately, the male employee had stopped calling me. All in all: No for health articles I will not return to DA.
