We had very good experience. The store had lot of good options at a very good price. The people in store help us very quickly with our questions. If we like a particular sofa, it can also be re-designed, again which is done pretty quickly. Highly recommend this place.

We bought this leather electric reclining sofa from here. Sofa' quality is really nice and was available for pick up within agreed time. It was bit mishandled by the person at store while loading it in our van that had caused slight damage.

Don’t buy here, you’ll waste time and money! Waited over 20 weeks to have a couch delivered that was incorrect. Precisely why I asked to inspect before receiving, but was made to feel unreasonable for making such a request. They pressure you to make payment and when a problem ultimately arises they are “too busy” to respond.

This is the company you should avoid. We bought forniture from them and within 1 month the couch broken from the middle so no one can use it.Beore that the same couch broke from the side box (bergkast) and after calling them for 10 times i gave up. The used very thin screws on that side, i provided them with photographs and everything. They produce rubbish. after you buy rubbish from them you have to pay for transportation each time even when they agree that its their own fault. by the end , you are going to pay probably 2 times due to transportation. Bad company and they almost never answer the phone I have called like 6 times for repair, last time was 1 week ago and they told me that they have asked Holland Meubel Repair to repair the broken furniture on 16/9/2020, today 30/9 I called Holland Meubel Repair and they said that there is no such order. And Seats&Sofas dont answer the phone as usual. I am going to ask my legal insurance to deal with them.

Its a great experience buying sofa here, so many choices and they have amazing quality, and the staff are sooo friendly, i would defo recommend everyone i know to buy from seats and sofas.
