What a bad thing with unkind people! Deliver damaged articles up to twice and then, in case of cancellation and refund, still charge the delivery costs of 89 euros ....

Very bad experience with Sanders Furniture City, DON'T BUY HERE! 2.5 years ago bought a bank here for more than 1,600 euros. A top quality bank from Dutch brokerage, says seller Björn Beckers. After 2.5 years the sofa creaks, the springs are clearly felt by the filling as well as the wood by the armrest. There was a 5 year guarantee in accordance with CBW conditions so no problem you would think. Unfortunately, Sanders claims that it would be a phasing-out guarantee and that only the first year will be the costs for Sanders. Sanders does not want to cooperate at all with a solution, they even demand 80 euros to send in a technician. This company therefore does not comply with the law and CBW conditions. Walk around with a big bow, you are warned!
