Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE customer service!

Just under 2 years ago we bought a kitchen at Marquardt Utrecht. Friendly help in the store and made good agreements about the placement date. The kitchen was delivered and the mechanics would start at 7 am the next day. When the technicians finally showed up at 08:30, it turned out that they didn't speak a word of Dutch or English, so communication proved difficult. Around noon a mechanic came who spoke a little Dutch. The granite worktop was torn in half during installation. Not all parts were supplied and the kitchen could not be finished. Ultimately, the next day the kitchen was made “livable”. The granite countertop has been re-ordered in a shorter size that the technicians measured. When after a few weeks the countertop was there, it turned out to be 1.5 cm too short. This has not been resolved and the counter top is still too short. Until now, several devices have broken down and some devices already for the 2nd time. Repair appointments take a long time with a waiting time of at least 1 month. It has even happened that a mechanic does not show up. After submitting a complaint you will be turned away. Marquard Utrecht itself does little or nothing to make you feel good after the kitchen has been bought. My advice is therefore, do not buy a kitchen here.

We are happy with our new kitchen. We are well advised by Metin. Nice spacious kitchen with good equipment and very nice worktop.

Good advice and good quality kitchens for a reasonable price. Only in terms of aftersales there is still something to be gained.

Bought a very nice kitchen here. Not cheap but very nicely finished and perfectly placed by professionals
