Its a good shop for most common health products from condoms to perfumes. Does not sell prescription dugs

What a bad service regarding product exchange / getting money back with this Etos. I came with a digital receipt and the product to get my money back. Because the product is not good. I am immediately annoyed that I need a physical receipt. After a long discussion, I get a new product, without packaging and without a receipt, because that is not allowed. During the discussion I was told that I should have a physical receipt AND the product packaging. Who saves the packaging of a product if the product seems to work? I then contacted Etos. They told me that the employees with my bank statement could find my receipt in their system, so that I should get my money back. The Etos customer service also said that it is nonsense that I need the packaging. I went to another Etos branch and I got my money back. The people who work here do not work for you as a customer, but against you. Because of this poor service I give them 1 star. Too bad I can't give 0.

A nice store in a cozy environment. Friendly staff and easily find what I am looking for. Sometimes there is a queue at the cash register, but I cannot be bothered by that. Always very content with the offers such as 1plus1 free. And not to forget the Diapers and wipes promotions

Should be open at 9 am but door was closed and I didn't see anyone in.
