Impossible to get through on the phone. Waited for 49 min. :/

Wrongfully to settle a hefty landing of fibramicin, and also negligence on the part of the pharmacist because the invoice was not sent to the health insurance company, which is an obligation under the contract that AMC has. Medication collected from this pharmacy, it concerned vibramicin ampoules for an infusion treatment, which I could not get at my own pharmacy. I arranged this with pharmacist H. Rahimtoola from the AMC. When my treatment started I had told my doctor in the clinic that I had to pay for all this medication myself, which he found very striking because this drug is on the list of reimbursed substances. I then picked up another load from another pharmacy that I got it with in no time. Called the health insurer about this. It turns out that I wrongly had to pay for all vibramicin amlules. In addition, the AMC pharmacy is obliged to immediately send the invoice to the health insurer, this also did not happen, so that the health insurer was not informed and I could not receive any reimbursement, which I should have received right anyway. Feel a bit ripped off and also 0.0 customer focus and service from the pharmacist, bit haughty response when I presented the above. I will now get the full amount refunded. Nice and busy there!

Horrible. Long waiting times, prescriptions are not received or are incorrect, grumpy pharmacists.

Unfriendly and very long waiting time even if there is only one person in front of you. Not very patient-oriented, more concerned with each other
