More than once "offers" in the folder that turn out not to be there and apparently never have been. While the folder is valid for that week. Or items that are hanging in the wrong place, so that it looks like they are much cheaper. You suddenly pay double at the checkout. It is not about 1 copy that accidentally has been put back in the wrong place, but a whole row that has been hung in the wrong place by the staff.

I had cycled all the way to the Kruidvat and I walked in at 6 am and was expelled because it was “closed” while the website said 7 pm. As long as she I was on your web site - and then I was interrupted and an old woman with short hair said no, we are just close, go away. And then I did not go home with a good feeling. Without the things I needed. Bad Kruidvat not recommended. Also hope they find better staff

On the internet it says that this fedex is open until 7 p.m. I arrived at the fedex around 6:00 pm, wanted to grab a basket but was interrupted by a shouting employee. NO! WE ARE CLOSED .. YOU ARE AWAY! I just wanted to tell her that there are different closing times on the internet than what she claimed ... was interrupted by this screaming employee. I just walked away ... vicarious shame from this old short haired troll. I think it's time for this woman to take early retirement ... I'll be moving to another facility in the future.

Last week at this fedex. Unfortunately I went home with a bad experience. The lady behind the counter had scanned me purchased Biodermal products, which I settled on. When I checked the receipt on the way to my car, it turned out to have been incorrectly scanned. The discount had partially gone, so I went back again. Once arrived at the fedex the prices and discounts were checked again. Taken for the sake of clarity and security, and show it to the cashier. She called to a colleague for help, who was already walking coughing and puffing. Well now it comes .. This coughing and puffing lady indicated that I had looked wrong, and it was different on the display. When asked why it went to the other product, she could answer: "uh .. I'm free". Show my photo again, where she said, "yes ma'am, i'm going home pff". Branch manager "Thomas" was called several times, but had a break and did not want to come. This would take half an hour. Dear Thomas and already coughing and puffing colleague, I advise you to take a good look at your professional profile and professional code. Perhaps we would like to dwell on the fact of quality-oriented working? Girl behind the counter, you are a top employee.
