I had a phone call with this pharmacy this afternoon and I didn't feel heard at all. First of all, I was on hold for 15 minutes until I was helped. I had two questions about medication. The first question was almost impossible for the pharmacist's assistant to answer due to lack of knowledge and because she did not use the medicine herself. When I asked my second question, which was about the package leaflet, the pharmacist's assistant indicated that I had better read the package leaflet first and write down my question in concrete terms and then call back. I indicated that I did not like this as I would have to wait 15 minutes again. This didn't matter much to her because she was busy and according to her there were 30 people on hold. I then hung up and have no answer to my question.

I don't understand the current rating of 2.7 at all. Friendly and good service, easily accessible, excellent opening times (open on Saturdays!) And they even have a medicine safe to be able to collect your medication 24/7!

Would be open until half past five which is out of date and then you get there at 17.25 and the door is already closed, very bad!

Too bad, on site is open from 10 a.m. on Saturday but it was closed .. updating and actually being open would be nice, especially for people who work full time and do not have the freedom to pick up the medication before half past six on weekdays. Bad opening times

This pharmacy has deteriorated a lot. Often the medicines are not present. You have to wait 2 days after you leave the recipe line before you can pick it up at all. And then it is often not finished yet. 2 to 3 years ago this was a great pharmacy.
