Professional pharmacy staff are always available, even in corona time. And yes, very often they have to navigate between the policy of the health insurers and the wishes / requirements of us as patients. Sometimes rightly so and sometimes we are unreasonable. We put all the 'blame' on the hard-working pharmacy employees. If we all agreed to be a bit more critical in the choice of our health insurer, that might help a lot. A big round of applause for these healthcare providers, who always do their very best for us as patients under high pressure!

they don't know service and decency there, grumbling about the incontinence material. Why so much is asked. As if I need it for fun, what do you think? I think, because I need it and you get it for a quarter. Please consider

Top pharmacy. Helped well when I returned from the hospital. They have explained all new medicines to me well.

Had an employee on the phone to speak to a colleague, but she was not there yet. I ask her "because I have you on the phone right now, can I repeat order after medication?" I am reminded that to do the sites intended for this. I think they have never heard of providing service. Have problems with Apotheek Ulft more often, but it does tell you who you are talking to or on the phone. They really have a service from my vest, so worthless. I still had them on the phone, so why not just take the order? K miss the service from Apotheek "De Regenboog" from Silvolde. Too bad they stopped.
