Had an issue, but their customer service is excellent. Responsive and to the point. Personally, I think any store can have issues with their products, it’s how they fix the issues that matter - hence the 5 star.

(03-09-19) Very poor contact after purchasing the product, just no longer respond. (06-09-19) We have had contact, they have come up with a suitable proposal.
