We have the annual asparagus dinner for the first time experienced here. Where you first get a complete explanation what it takes to finally get asparagus, then you understand why this is an expensive vegetable. After the explanation you going to stabbing in a group on the country itself asparagus with explanation. After this, the explanation is that there is all necessary operations after harvesting and that is quite a lot of work for the farmer. Thereafter, the dinner was provided by a caterer Texel in the barn of the Keijser firm. This allows for a separate ambience with top dish in each course asparagus. All dishes are a culinary discovery what is possible with asparagus and top class. A beautiful story of vegetable which is explained in one of the farm to your plate. An absolute must!
