While I spent my holiday on Texel this summer I bought a jacket, back home I noticed it was too big. Because of corona virus I can´t visit Texel, so I just wrote an email to Mantje and asked for an exchange. We received a really nice answer, that it is no problem to exchange the jacket and get a smaller one. I sent the jacket from germany to Texel. Mantje sent the smaller jacket -on their very own costs- back. So there is nothing to say except that this is an outstanding service! Thank you!
