They don’t know what medicine to provide after describing your pain. Unprofessional behavior, and silly laugh about people in pain.

They make a lot of mistakes with medicine. Either you don't get all the prescriptions the doctor has ordered them to, or just straight up the wrong ones. When confronted with that error they just say it's not their fault and blame the doctor who has proven they did send out the right order. No sympathy, no professional stance, no responsibility. They couldn't care less if you die from their errors. It's all "we don't care, next customer please!"

Pleasent staff, but quite incompetent. Still I need to understand why they were offering me vaginal cream when I am a man and I was asking for probiotics (and it wasn't a problem of language).
