I have been pleasantly helped. The presence of a collection machine is very handy!
Very arrogant service, even laughing customers when they indicate that the cheap brand does not work.
They also give the cheap version, despite the doctor's medical necessity, with the announcement we make.
Fortunately we have now switched to a pharmacy that can listen in case and want to explain things without arrogance

In my personal opinion, the course of action of this pharmacy smells like scams. I have already experienced several times that I clearly indicated at the counter that I had already been given a certain medicine before and then found in my health insurer's statement that it was "a new medicine counseling interview", so more expensive. Also, the word "counseling" at this particular pharmacy is a rather exaggerated term. Guidance conversation here is the printing of an A4 sheet with an explanation of the medicine, so "read it yourself". My personal advice: look for a (different) pharmacist with a passion for his profession and not one who wants to sit under the umbrella in some southern resort as soon as possible with a cocktail of your money. Unfortunately cannot give zero stars so I give one.
