Although not always everything goes exactly how you would like to try to find a suitable solution. Nice and clear help
waiting times very short. In case of problems collecting medicines, they will be delivered to your home for free.
Very bad pharmacy. 8 recipes in a row have not been processed, so not inside. Each time the answer that something went wrong. Is continuously bounced off with apologies and a promise of improvement. I am done.

Long waiting times (even if they are walking around with a lot of staff but only one helps at the counter) and recipes get through poorly so orders are often not ready. Even if you want to switch messages apparently do not come through and you first have to go personally and then be snapped. Glad we became a customer elsewhere.
