Since the pharmacy has been taken over, there has been a strict policy of only dispensing generic medicines, the doctor can say or write what he / she wants, but they do not respond, all blame is shifted to health insurers.
Everyone knows that there is a preference policy, but if a pharmacist overrules a prescription with medical necessity, they are really off the right path, I wonder what NZA thinks about this, make sure to contact them.
There is hardly any stock, everything takes a long time, in other words ... it couldn't be much worse.

Conditions are not correct is clearly stated in the registration letter repeat prescriptions at the counter and it is simply said that it is not ???????? Clearly stated in the letter. Other girls are nice though. But maybe time for the lady to take early retirement? Or become more customer-friendly.
Went to the doctor in the morning. The doctor emphasizes that I can get the prescribed prescription from any pharmacy with the notes. However, he has established his signature on it. When I arrive at the Daalmeer pharmacy, I am told that I cannot collect the prescription because I am not registered at this pharmacy. Stupidly surprised, I ask the young lady what I should do for this? I get a short answer and have to ask if I can take any forms. Frustrated, I rush to the mare pharmacy to get a story there. My son is 3 months old and needed this medication. The prescribed medication is in the pharmacy and does not need to be specially ordered. The mare pharmacy were friendly and explained to me that registrations don't even take 10 seconds. This surprises me ... They also mention that it is not appropriate to send someone away because of the fact that I am not registered. Rescuers can check your data quickly. The mare helped me kindly and provided me the medication for my son without any trouble.
Because I found this strange, I went back to the pharmacy to submit my complaint. It soon became clear that the young saleswoman portrayed me as: not communicative, disrespectful and that they would not help me further because I "pushed in." This made me frustrated because no excuse was offered and no solution-focused approach was taken. She did expect that I would just draw a number. (I waited about 40 minutes for my turn before I was sent away). Soon a person in question was added because of the fact that I became increasingly angry because of the communication that was being conducted against me.
She wrote down my data and powdered me off quickly. I got the feeling that I was not being heard and that the young lady was chosen.
My opinion is that this is not solved properly from the pharmacy. "We are very busy" it was said. The bottom line was that I had to show understanding for them, without them having any understanding for me. I quickly gave feedback. "They're also busy in the loop, but isn't that the reason to help someone like that?"
I have not yet received a response from the pharmacy and I am very sorry. At least they won't see me again as a customer, because I think service is very important.
If the saleswoman had been more concrete and had explained the protocol, she would have gained more understanding.
Duuuuuuuur langgggg !!! Getting along and working through a course might be an idea for the staff?
