The most unfriendly and least helpful pharmacy I've ever come across. I'm going to find another one! If pharmacy assistants even dare to make a judgment about your pain ('yes some people can just have less' when I didn't know where to look for the pain after a complicated knee fracture) then it's ready for me. I am a healthcare provider myself and will never judge the pain of someone else. That is simply not done !! And inhumane. The suffering of people in pain is great enough!

Very bad staff. Been treated disrespectfully several times this year. I was just not called junk by one of the staff when I reported that I had run out of drugs. According to her, I was cheating and had to ask my doctor first. Indicated they were short. In the end, this hat that had treated me like this reported 3 boxes while it was 1. The other 2 were on backorder in the pharmacy and this was not passed on! Yesterday I got ointment for eyelid correction. Arys says smear ointment on the wounds, get an explicit explanation that it should be in the eye and also on paper explanation. Clearly indicated that it is eyelid surgery and not cataracts. Answer this ointment is for the eye so this is how you should use it. It is clear that this pharmacy is messy and chaotic, staff not always knowledgeable and sometimes even arrogant and disrespectful. Consider another official complaint.

Today another disappointment at this pharmacy, arrogance and laziness prevails here, service-minded is a word that does not occur, and the debt is undoubtedly put in the hands of the customer, but the promised reports if medicines would come in, they do not comply. The nearest pharmacy after this is unfortunately of the same worthless group and I do not want to have to drive even further, but this is really a traitor. They could start with good afternoon .....

I have been busy for a week now getting some medicine and a medicine passport. Too few medicines, wrong passport and then insist that it is correct. And this is not the first time that something goes very wrong there
