Reviews
With three repeat recipes in one week, I received the message "Not available, must be ordered. You will hear from us." This did not concern exceptional medicines (including stomach acid, cholesterol). Use this for years, never a problem before.
So now, as I said, every now and then: "We don't have", although betr. medicines are not signaled as scarce and / or not available on the KNMP site.
And indeed: often a long wait. Customer handling seems rather chaotic to me, which sometimes leads to mutual irritation among staff.
Okay, the pharmacy is well stocked. You can go there for almost everything and you will be helped professionally. Before the time comes, however, you must be patient. Regardless of how many people are waiting to be helped, there are almost never more than two people at the cash desks. Take an (e-) book with you in case.
A lot of attention.
It is a great pharmacy with a good stock and expert advice. A big disadvantage that they are closed on Saturday!
In itself a good pharmacy with knowledgeable staff. You often have to wait a long time. It happened to me several times that there was only 1 employee at the desk, 5 people waited after having pulled a number while several people were behind at work.
