Visit early November 2020. Beautiful shop, good selection of brands and furniture. Store is clearly laid out, we came for the CILO part with design brands. We were looking for furniture from the brands B&B Italia and Minotti. We were also looking for a nice wall unit, not a specific brand. I found the collection of B&B Italia and Minotti very disappointing, there was little of it, I find it nice if I have something to compare from a brand. We were not addressed, a number of sales employees were deeply concentrated behind a screen, then I don't feel the need to walk there. As a result of limited selection and not addressed, ended up with another provider of Italian (top) brands. The three-star rating is mainly based on store appearance and presence of Italian brands. In terms of appeal, it does not deserve three stars. We ourselves are experienced retail entrepreneurs in various branches and would 'notice' and appeal to customers for this segment in a different way.

Nice collection, but very unfriendly customer treatment. Do not fully understand that a customer should be treated as such. Also misleading internet prices.

Very satisfied with Cilo so far. A beautiful collection, shop and service. You don't have that much anymore in the Netherlands. We recommend Cilo and Eijerkamp to everyone. A great day of furniture shopping for every budget. You can also enjoy a nice lunch here in the accompanying restaurant.
