Very disappointed in the bad and rude service. A lady worker refused to assist me in English, she just kept saying she doesn't understand me (even when I was trying to explain in Dutch), not even trying to ask more details of the products I was looking for

I was answered very rude by an employee with fake eyelashes. The shop closed in 6 minutes and an employee was at the door and said very rude not to think about going to do the shopping. This while I quickly went in for 2 products. She also made a very grumpy face. Very rude and not customer friendly at all. Never experienced this before. disgusting action. She can also simply and politely speak to customers.
