Often busy and then it is a long wait. A pharmacy vending machine would be ideal here.

I think it is a lack of service and customer focus when you do not even tell whether medication falls under your own risk and what it costs. You should know that as a pharmacist and therefore tell. Very bad.

My old pharmacy has not become more customer-friendly since it is called Mediq. I have just been waiting for fifteen minutes, and then there were still about three people in front of me - while people in the back were busy with other things; at any other store, if it was busy, they would first go and help the customers present. But I increasingly get the impression that I am not really seen as a customer at Kok-Diependaal.

Service quite poor. Dealt with quite a bit of civilization. Almost 40 minutes to get medication.
