Scheduled an appointment via the website but never received a confirmation. When I called to ask about this I got a salesman on the line who didn't feel like it, it was too busy and they didn't have time. Very strange that I had to go after this myself to find out that the planned appointment would not take place at all. Then called again and spoke to another employee and given information about our wishes via email. The employee seemed very enthusiastic but we never had a response again. I sent an email again with the question how things were going, but now 10 days later no response. Bad communication and not pleasant to be treated as unwanted. We were very excited to buy a kitchen here.

Service at its best! We have been to the showroom several times because we had doubts about the color of the kitchen and the worktop. This was no problem at all for them. Every time we were received very friendly. Rik is a pleasant and knowledgeable sales person: very friendly and thinks along with you. Especially because of the latter you can be sure that you have not overlooked anything and you can be sure that you have bought your dream kitchen.

Our dream kitchen was installed at the beginning of April, which we bought at Keuken Sale. We are very satisfied with the service that has been provided. Robert informed us well from the first to the last step and provided input. We went to a number of evenings to really get a good understanding of what we wanted and to see how the space could be used optimally. Also by telephone, Rik and Robert have always been nice to talk to and they are always willing to sort things out. You don't always hear positive experiences when people buy a kitchen, but for us it was a great experience.

We have been helped very well by Rik at kitchensale Hilversum. Very professional and knows what he is talking about. We have selected a beautiful kitchen that we are very happy with! Definitely a must!
