We came across, first of all, information about cookers. When we indicated that we were still exploring and were charmed by both a Bertazzoni and a Lacanche oven, we were looked at with compassion and the comment came: "that is comparing a Suzuki with a Mercedes". We go for the Suzuki, but not for Tinello.

We needed a new oven in our Siematic kitchen. The dealer is the neighbor of Tinello, but we were barked away because we had not made an appointment. :-( No, then the reception at Tinello by Mrs. De Winter was a lot more pleasant. Despite the fact that they are not a Siematic dealer, she was very helpful to us. And we now enjoy our new oven immensely. Next year we will replace the refrigerator , they don't see us anymore at Siematic, we'll go to Tinello! Until then Mrs. De Winter! Update Feb. 2018: The refrigerator has now also been replaced. Sent an email in advance with the details and made an appointment. Mrs. de Winter had prepared everything neatly. In half an hour we had picked out the new refrigerator. And then I got a call when it came in. A few hours later on the same day it was neatly assembled and the old one removed. It was class again!

The store and the owner / manager are only geared to wealthy people from the Gooi area, by appointment you are quickly informed whether you are willing to spend tens of thousands of euros on a kitchen and they do not literally ask what you earn if they doubt it whether you can and want to pay. Very unpleasant treatment, but that applies to almost all kitchen shops. Beautiful kitchens, absurd prices. Nice to get inspiration and have it made or ordered elsewhere.
