What a top company. Fantastic service. At least that man understands. All those big concerns are terrible. With these people personal attention and top service. We had to lay our PVC floor and came for glue. While we hadn't even bought the floor there, we got all the advice we missed because we had bought the floor over the internet. We were allowed to borrow a roller for the floor for free. We will definitely buy the next floor here !! 👍

Looking for 6 new chairs for the dining room table we came to v.d. Loosdrecht out. Upon arrival, we welcome you and have a nice look around. Then with the help of the owner who did not bother too much with the perfect chair for us. The lady who works there then suggested that we take the chair home to first look for a few days if it was the right choice. We could also take the leather samples with us. Because of this good service we found out that we did not want wooden legs under the seat and that we had chosen the wrong leather color. This is service as you do not see much. Pleasant store and super happy with our beautiful chairs.

Initially, we were well helped and the agreements were reached. This was the moment we closed the transaction to name it. The misery began as often afterwards. We are still waiting for parts for our closet. The only thing that can come with this case is hopeless apologies about a factory that is closed and they appear to be good at not communicating and moving things towards each other. Happily disappointed in this case .... do me Ikea, but is even cheaper too ...
