I have been a customer in many pharmacies, but this one really takes the cake. All the people who work there are incredibly slow and grumpy. They can never find anything in the system and I am often blamed for that. If you call about a medicine that is not available nationally, you will be told that there is nothing left at all, but I had an appointment with the doctor about the same medicines 2 weeks earlier and he had ordered the pharmacist to follow up. Then I was sent from pillar to post again and had to call the doctor myself, I did not do this and said that she had to arrange it herself with the doctor. After a phone call to the doctor, I was able to pick up a full box of medication, miraculously. So if you like to be lied to and be amazed by the magical skills of these grumpy ladies, register here!

Long waiting times a few months ago, even if there is only one person in front of you and several people are working. But the last two or three times, several people were waiting and I was helped within five minutes and everything was easily handled. Very nice :) A small downside is that the phone is often not answered.

Waiting times terribly long. Often medicines out of stock and terribly grumpy staff.
