Cluttered, difficult to navigate with a pram and staff are not really helpful. Would only go in if you're not with a pram. Long queues at the tills

Very nice shop and friendly staff

I waited 45 minutes for an employee who would help me. I went to the employee to tell that I found it very annoying that she had not come to help me. I got the answer that she was too busy helping customers. This means that I am not that 🤔 I was very sorry and then said this to her, then I was told by another male employee: oh well we are all just people. The man had just arrived and had no idea what it was about !! I find this downright anti-social and not customer-friendly. And the only thing I expected was Sorry! What an unprofessional staff at the Kruidvat.
