I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have very bad experiences. First of all, communication is poor. I have been treated unfairly. For example, I was sent out in a very crude way, because I unconsciously walked in too early. But the most unpleasant experience was that an employee even literally wished me dead. That I only got corona and would die from it. This was the last straw for me and so I changed pharmacies.

Helped well with my medicines. It's nice that the assistants help. Especially when it was explained that there is a medicine machine. Now I can easily pick up my medicines outside of working hours. Topper !!!

What a fudge pharmacy. Don't go here again. Staff are unfriendly and not customer oriented. I better drive to Germany myself for my medicines.

Customer unfriendly and long waiting times. I filed a complaint with the pharmacist. This was taken seriously, but things often go wrong at the desk. I left this pharmacy.
