I bought a nice expensive bed at Beter Bed and was helped very nicely in the store in Amsterdam Noord. The bed would be delivered on a Tuesday between 10am and 3pm. I stayed at home all day, that day I received an email that the driver had come and said I was not home. This was wrong because I had been inside all day ah work. I called customer service and was cheerfully informed that the driver had been there and will not return. And that he will only deliver the bed in 2 weeks. I wanted to speak to a manager but he didn't want to come on the line. I have never been treated so badly as a customer.
Worthless false promises no answers to your questions and most importantly the ordered product that would be delivered the next day, after 2 weeks still no trace. Never order anything !!!!
Super bad service. No response to questions by e-mail and sales is more important than keeping agreements. No form of complaint! So read the fine print carefully. What they say doesn't match the service! Of course they deny everything and feel no responsibility. I'm not buying anything here anymore. Let's go to the competition!
