We ordered a tuinset, it was very beautiful in showroom, but they delivered it wrong, they delivered one cushion which was odd man out from others, it was different in fabric, and size. When I registered a complaint, it took them 1week to reply me that my complaint has been read, and will be processed after 3mote weeks..!! I mean what is this? Till then what to I do? I want my tuinset ready and useful as soon as possible, otherwise it’s just eating up my garden space.. and in first place I didn’t expected this mistake from such a big brand .

We had ordered a garden table and chairs. Late afternoon the day before we were supposed to get the stuff we were told it has been delayed due to liver problems. 2 weeks later everything came in neatly, but: the table had not pre-drilled the correct holes to assemble a part. Fortunately, I was able to solve this myself by measuring and drilling holes. In addition, the powder coating of a chair was damaged. After contacting the store, I was suggested to accept a paint pen with 30 euros return, or a new chair. I want the new chair. The following message informs you that these are no longer available. So then only 40 euros and a paint pen. Then no more reaction / action. Been on hold repeatedly and sent several emails. Now 2 months further 40 euros but no paint pen. Something can go wrong everywhere. But it is the people who make the difference and do their best to solve it properly. That is lacking at this company. Very unfortunate, because the stuff is beautiful enough! Update 08/26/2020 in response to message from Carlijn van Tuinmeubelland: I would like to make it clear once again that the touch-up pen is not the solution I am after, because it is a chair without damage. The paint pen is an alternative because a new chair cannot be accepted with which I have agreed. I am still waiting for this touch-up stick!

Bad, slow and tiresome customer service. The parasol supplied by garden furniture turned out to be skewed. It has now been handling this for more than 4 months. Closet to the wall story. Now hoping again that the last email will be handled seriously. So far, everything seems to be being pulled out of the closet to dismiss my complaint. Never go to garden furniture again.

Bought a lounge set and gas fireplace at the end of March. 1 part was delivered a week later, as agreed. Other part had to be ordered, this would be 14 May. Did not become May 14, May 22, not June 2, but June 11 after a long call and email. June 11 wait, the transported company will only have half of the delivery, while the packing slip stated everything. Transported company has made a note, I emailed again and called garden furniture land. Yeah she didn't get it either. Would check and call back soon, well they still have to call now, do not respond to mail, but have the entire amount in their account and I have not yet received everything. In 1 word Scandalous. I never buy anything here .. V

Complaint chairs reported on the day of delivery, photos of complaint submitted. Had telephone contact, emails in which you are again asked what the complaint is, it is also suggested to drill holes yourself, etc. Conclusion: 5 weeks later ..... nothing!
