Clear communication. Everything was brought last week. The bathroom is placed. Everything is of good qualities, the included instructions are clear. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the professional guidance provided by the sellers.

The purchase and delivery of the bathroom had gone very well. The installation of the bathroom by DFInstallatietechniek went perfectly, real craftsmanship!

We will never buy anything from Brugman again, not worthy of a star. The seller making the drawing has made an estimation error of the space. Then the plumber comes in to measure everything and they start. When the bathroom appears to be ready after 3 weeks, they have not placed the wall properly. That's where it starts; Brugman blames the plumber and Brugman the plumber. Who are the victims, the customer. After many further phone calls this is eventually restored. In between you will hear something from Brugman, but otherwise they seem to like it. We wouldn't advise the plumbing company Brugman works with either.
